Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Smoking Policy: All indoor areas are strictly designated as non-smoking.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.
3. Child Supervision: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, particularly as the pool area is not fenced.
4. Cleaning and Damage Policy: The owner reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee should the property require more extensive cleaning than is typical. Any damage to, or loss of, property or items within the premises during the guest’s stay will result in the full cost of repair or replacement being charged to the booking guest. In the event that the cost of damage exceeds the value of the security bond (€600), the guest will be liable for the additional amount, payable within three (3) working days of notification.
5. Exclusive Use: The property is for the exclusive use of the booking guests and may not be used for events without prior written consent from the owner.
6. Liability: The owner assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to guest belongings. Guests are strongly advised to secure travel insurance. The use of the accommodation, swimming pool, and surrounding amenities is at the guests’ own risk. While every effort is made to ensure safety, the owner cannot be held responsible for personal injury, accidents, or losses occurring in connection with the stay. The owner is also not liable for external factors beyond their control, including but not limited to power outages, mechanical failures, civil disturbances, natural disasters, noise, or weather conditions.
7. Payment Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. Payments are also accepted in Bitcoin.
8. Cancellation, Date Change, and No-Show Policy: a) If a reservation is cancelled or amended 60 days or more before the arrival date, a credit will be issued and the dates may be rescheduled for another available time in the future. b) If a cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the arrival date, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. c) No refund will be provided in cases of non-arrival or unused nights due to flight or weather disruptions. It is strongly recommended that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.
